Garland is of excellent quality!!! Customer Reviews

Very happy with the order, shining brightly, everything is convenient and affordable. pleased with the presence of batteries. in general, everything is fine. I recommend. the fashionable anywhere, on your imagination. Thank seller for such a thing)

I purchased these lights to replace traditional plugin lighting for christmas decorations around my house. The quality is to be expected at the price point, but that is not to say they are junk. They are small lights, with a small battery, but lasted all season with hours of use. The light are not bright enough to light up a room, but add that decoration accent like we were looking for. They are easy wrap around sticks and other plastic decorations and turn on and off with a small black switch. We also placed some in a hurricane candle and it made a very nice decoration. Much nicer look and easier to setup and remove then traditional plugin lighting. I would recommend this product and will be purchasing more next season to expand.

Glad to have purchased this product! The string LED lights each have a flat power pack that contains button batteries with an on/off switch. The lights are bright and the wire they are attached to is sturdy and can be used in a variety of ways. I wanted something to light up a rather large palm tree in my dining room. By wrapping three sets of lights around the trunk and easily hiding the power pack in the back of the tree, it adds a very pretty interest in the room without looking "Christmassy". The three remaining strands, I put into various glass containers with other fillers here and there. I can see myself using this outside in the summertime in a variety of ways - you're only as limited as your imagination!!!!!

Glad to have purchased this product! The string LED lights each have a flat power pack that contains button batteries with an on/off switch.

Express development In China

With China economic development, logistics industry or development of express industry is changing. Now, in the development of China's express delivery, through this article to share some of my opinion.

Express development In China

According to the State Post Bureau statistics, 2006-2015, China's express delivery volume CAGR of 40%,Express business volume increased from 1 billion in 2006 to 20 billion 670 million in 2015, an increase of nearly 20 times. And in 2014 for the first time exceeded U.S. Continue to maintain the world's top 1. But net income growth is slow and express volume has increased year by year.At the same time exposed a lot of problems the express industry in China.
The main reason for the slow growth of courier revenue is the courier unit price decreased year by year.
Business promotion, or holiday promotions, resulting in insufficient delivery capacity. The package is stacked in the distribution site, or in the warehouse, like a mountain.
The current Chinese express market, there are two main business models: direct and join. This has led to a huge difference in the management capabilities of different distribution companies.Direct mode, the management of each site resources are unified, planned, standardized management, but the cost will be high. Join mode, the lower the cost of investment, business activities and the construction of franchisees are independent, can quickly expand the market. However, the unified management, operational difficulty is very high.Franchisee there is a high possibility of failure.
Here, such as , JD, using a proprietary logistics mode(like direct mode) is in line with the development needs of its own, so as to provide customers with better service quality, management more scientific and unified, while the cost is high, but the long term, is to maintain its own customer groups, and gradually increase the number of customers.

The rise of China's online shopping, promote the rapid development of express industry. In the future, China will improve secondary cities, rural areas, logistics distribution system. In the future, China's express industry will shuffle, management more scientific, through big data, new technologies to guide the rapid development of the courier industry.

Find a Job in China Works

Nowadays, foreigners can find all kinds of jobs in China. The main way to find a job is a professional recruitment website, corporate recruitment, telephone recruitment ,etc. Some Chinese companies in the English version of the site, will recruit professionals related to foreigners, in addition, the recruitment of information from the company's website to get a job, a higher success rate.If you have a Chinese friend, you can get a job in China through recommendation.

Here are some areas of work:
1. Foreign language teachers
This is a relatively common work, can make full use of their language advantage.
However, the industry is also a highly competitive industry, the teacher's professional requirements are relatively high, the level of Chinese conversation is also required.

2.Translator, or corporate diplomat
International e-commerce companies, multinational corporations, foreign affairs departments to provide a good job for foreigners.

3. Senior technical personnel, scientific and technical personnel
As Chinese enterprises move towards the world, economic development requires the introduction of foreign technology. Therefore, many scientific and technological enterprises, to provide a position for foreign researchers.Such as, Artificial intelligence,VR Technology, etc.

4.Entrepreneurship in China
For foreign entrepreneurs in China, there are policy support. However, this put forward higher requirements for foreign personnel, China's economic environment, culture should have a lot of understanding. The United States is a very mature market, and in China, no one set the market must be what kind of, you have unlimited possibilities to achieve what you want to do.More, need to understand China's market rules.

October 2012, held in Beijing, foreign talent recruitment will attract 1200 job seekers, the participants of the 60 companies most want to recruit English teachers

In any case, working in China, learning Chinese is a prerequisite.

However, not all foreigners want to work in China.
Several reasons why foreigners do not want to come to China :
It is not easy for foreign talents to adapt to the work in China.
With the increase in the number of foreigners working in China, it is more and more difficult for foreign young people to find an ideal job in China. There are foreign media reports, 65% of jobs in English teaching positions. This means that it is very difficult for a foreigner to find a professional counterpart work. And other positions, such as information technology, sales, procurement management, these professional positions, fluent Mandarin is no longer an additional skill, but to become a prerequisite. In addition, with the expansion of the scale of Chinese students, with a large number of overseas study experience, multilingual and have international vision of the Chinese students choose to return, these people become a rival foreign university graduates to find a job in the China.
Between China and Western countries, a huge cultural and institutional differences, foreign concerns, but also eliminate the expectations of working in China. In addition, foreign students studying in China, this is a great help to China's environmental and cultural cognitive process, before working in China, there is a ready time to adapt and understand China, is also a good way.

On the evening of January 27, 2014, foreign students in China took red envelopes to celebrate the Chinese New Year in the Chinese school cafeteria

China e-commerce growth fastest

Here are some data on the development of e-commerce in China:
1.2016 years, China's e-commerce market transaction size over 20 trillion, the growth rate was essentially flat with last year。
2. Mobile shopping market concentration is still high, 2016 Ali wireless still ranked first, accounting for 82.6%.
3.Online shopping portal to the transfer of content platform, cross-border, vertical industry startups rapid development;
The top e-commerce platforms in China are JD, Tmall, and YHD in 2016 according to Kantar Retail.
  China's e-commerce and the United States have many similarities, such as the size of the market are large, after a rapid development process, and so on. However, the difference between the two is even greater.American Express is very fast, but the cost is very high, the Chinese express fee is very low, but the distribution is slow;
American consumers when shopping online, often get information from the web page and often do not communicate with the seller, click on the purchase. but, the Chinese consumer shopping basically talk to the seller for a long time will be a single purchase.U.S. online sellers can basically guarantee the quality of goods, while the Chinese shop full of all kinds of fakes;E-commerce in China, there is greater development opportunities and challenges.Once the time is ripe, will usher in explosive growth,Backward industries will be eliminated, in line with the needs of users will grow. For example, when the holidays, or large-scale promotional activities, logistics has become the bottleneck of the e-commerce.The main reason is also related to people's shopping habits.

When the foreign e-commerce into China, the result is not good, or even failed?
1. Complete copy of their mode to China, so that The climate does not suit one.And China's e-commerce environment is not match.
Amazon Chinese, Rakuten, Newegg, and other electricity providers, in Chinese by local e-commerce beyond, even forced to abandon the Chinese mainland business, there are many reasons, first of all is to completely copy the overseas successful model, did not do the localization business. They did not give full play to the ability of mainland China's local talent, they have no right to speak Chinese managers, and did not meet the needs of Chinese consumers and experience.
In the management team, foreign e-commerce enterprises are more trusting of their executives, Japan Rakuten business in Chinese after is completely dependent on the management team in Japan, from the system to the establishment of the way completely copy the successful experience in Japan. This is a direct result of the China market and cultural understanding is superficial, misjudgment of the Chinese e-commerce market, and even to the perceived slow on the market, eBay is also used to China airborne foreign executives and local executives do not trust. At that time, Taobao began to rise.
In web design, shopping process, foreign e-commerce is completely copied in the design pattern, its product classification, product search and page read, do not meet the Chinese consumer habits. In my opinion, in order to take advantage of Chinese consumer habits, foreign e-commerce sites in the design, architecture and Tmall, JD, YHD etc. there is a big gap.
2. Foreign e-commerce is not suitable for the Chinese market competition model.
For example, in the business model, eBay is charged to the seller, and the seller and buy as much as possible to prevent private communication, to ensure no loss of commissions.
Taobao's approach is always free of charge to the seller, the value-added service charges, and encourage buyers and sellers to communicate, to eliminate information asymmetry. These two diametrically opposed approach, the Chinese mainland market has given the answer
In addition, compared with China's e-commerce, foreign countries are particularly 'low-key', they  are Very quiet. For e-commerce, the loss of a sense of existence, it means the loss of the user. There are many reasons for the success of the local e-commerce, for example, foreign e-commerce giant executives are more professional managers, more emphasis on short-term performance returns. The China e-commerce companies are led by the founder, more concerned about the long-term strategy and investment. For example, Chinese e-commerce has more users and traffic, big data is very valuable consumer records and comments, not only has the guidance significance to the seller's business, also can have reference for the choice of buyers, they are to improve the user experience by using a large amount of data, to bring sales growth.

To learn Chinese and culture

Many foreign friends want to learn Chinese and understand Chinese culture, but do not know how to learn.Compared with other countries, they think Chinese is one of the most difficult languages to learn.
As a matter of fact, Chinese is not a language that is difficult to learn. The point is, how much do you want to master or what level. If you just want to understand Chinese, understand the meaning, this is not very difficult to do. However, if you want to talk to the Chinese people, working or living in China, it needs to be more professional and systematic learning. In fact, the Chinese study of English is the same process. At least in China, English is a compulsory course in higher education, and important skills. Similarly, there are many Chinese people are very difficult to master English,The main reason is that Chinese students do not have an environment to communicate with foreigners,Students, just to cope with the exam.In the same way, foreign friends learn Chinese, they should also find a 'Chinese environment' to help themselves learn.
In China's knowledge sharing social network platform  'zhihu.com' , there are foreign friends living in China, they are how to answer the question of 'Chinese learning'.For example:
Questions : What is the most difficult for foreigners to learn Chinese?
    Ryan Giordano , Reply:
I am an American who has studied Chinese for 2 years.
For me, the hardest thing is to listen to the Chinese, because the Chinese speak too fast!
As a matter of fact, I don't have many opportunities to speak Chinese with Chinese people, so I output far more than my input.
(meaning is : I want to speak Chinese, but nobody talks to me, Here, reflects the importance of language communication environment. In addition, the answer mentioned: Chinese pronunciation is not correct, will lead to misunderstanding, causing embarrassment .)
   screenshot :

    Ariel Kim,  Reply:
I am a Korean student in American high school. I want to apologize in advance, because my Chinese is not very good.
Although I am learning Chinese has been three years, but I still can't speak fluently or write Chinese. I can speak English and Korean, because I learned a long time English and Korean, so my Chinese is not as good as English and Korean.
First of all, I think Chinese is very difficult, because the Chinese let foreigners carry too many new words and grammar. Both Korean and English have alphabet, so it is easier for foreigners to learn English or Korean than to learn Chinese.
And, unlike other languages, Chinese have a tone. If one tone is not correct, Chinese sometimes don't understand what the man said. In addition to some of the words are pronounced the same tone than not, so if you don't know the tone, you cannot tell exactly you want to say. The tone is also a foreigner needs to remember.
(I also think intonation is a very important part of learning Chinese. )
Finally, in general, I think Chinese people speak Chinese very quickly, because they often speak very quickly, many foreigners can not hear clearly. (In fact, Chinese students have the same feeling of learning English, haha )
  screenshot :

Now, I also give some of my ideas to help foreign friends who want to learn Chinese and Chinese culture :
  1. Learn Chinese pinyin and tone. You can use online video, or know some local Chinese educators.
  2. Talk to the Chinese online communication platform.Through social platforms, or social software, Such as facebook, Weixin, QQ.(China's most popular social software). Chinese social knowledge platform, zhihu.com (it like quora.com).
  3. Go to China to study, live and make friends. This is the most challenging and quick way to learn Chinese. Also, you can learn about the local culture. As a matter of fact, many foreign friends have a one-sided understanding of Chinese culture.Note that China has many dialects, it is best to learn Mandarin.
There's 'Confucius Institute Online' , maybe you can get something you want , there are some online videos and lessons about Chinese and Chinese culture : http://www.chinesecio.com/

Use Chinese characters to Tattoo Why

Why do many foreigners like to use Chinese tattoos, they really understand the meaning of it?
There are statistics that 35% NBA stars have Chinese characters or China gossip mark tattoo.
In fact, a lot of people just think Chinese tattoo good-looking, mystique (Of course, Chinese writing style or a lot, some very artistic), but do not know what it means.
If you are familiar with the meaning of Chinese characters, then you should choose a more suitable Chinese characters, I think so. Otherwise it will make a joke,  embarrassing or is it very 'low-style'. The best thing to do is to find a translator to explain the meaning at before doing it.
For example, Beckham's Chinese character tattoos, it is more appropriate, is better.
Here are some pic about Chinese tattoo:
